A copy of any genuine quote on
headed paper must be forwarded to us in order to qualify for any
'price match' offer (to exclude any unlikely quotes)and is subject
to the following conditions:-
A package deal is regarded as both wheel
& a specific brand /size of new tyre .This offer only applies
to stocked items & specifically excludes special ordered items
or individual items not bought as a package. This offer is non
retrospective & may end without prior notice.A Main Dealer
is a Bone Fide Direct Account Holder of the Wheel Importer only
& who has a Recognised Retail Alloy Wheel Outlet having provided
specific details & a written quotation on headed paper for
the 'package price offered' to an individual (outwith the Motor
Trade)! All competing
offers are subject to immediate acceptance of the offer price
& the caller must have credit (Visa /Mastercard) details to
hand in order to participate. All offers are subject to availability
& we cannot guarantee to supply any given product at any given
price due to circumstances outwith our control. Vat of 17.5% is
a mandatory tax on all goods supplied in the UK by Bone fide traders.please
note that prices may change without prior notice due to circumstances
beyond our control - all
quotes given will be honoured for 3 days only.Any order cancelled
after payment has been accepted (thus forming a contract ) will
result in a 20% charge to the customer to cover all costs inc.
handling / re -stocking - Delays in supply outwith our control
will not be deemed a reason for cancellation unless the delay
is for a period longer than 28 days beyond our initial estimated
outset time for reciept of ordered goods in which case a refund
in full will be given if requested.
NB. Any Item/Goods ordered but returned due
to an error on the part of the supplier will be replaced subject
to availability of correct item, with additional postage costs
being the responsibility of the supplier. Any Item/Goods ordered
but returned for credit for any reason other than supplier's error
are subject to a 25% handling Fee plus any Postage incurred in
sending out the order initially plus any credit card or banking
fees incurred --- Any Item/Goods ordered then deemed incorrect
by the customer (due to incorrect information provided by customer
) when placing said order is subject to a 20% fee if notified
before goods are sent either from factory or our warehouse. A
'change of mind' or unhappy with the style of goods ordered are
not reasonable reasons for cancellation & NO credit or refund
will be given. All 'confirmed factory orders' are strictly non
cancellabled.
